Order Procedure

Please send an email to info@whitehills.co.za specifying the following:

  1. Item number that appears on the price list table
  2. Size
  3. Colour
  4. Quantity
  5. Attach proof of payment

Please note :-

  • Supplier requires full payment prior to executing order
  • Lead time is 7 days from placing of order / payment to vendor
  • Place your order by the 15th June 2020. WHRF will action the order with the supplier on the 17th June 2020
  • WHRF will send SMS's when the order is ready for collection at the club
  • The supplier requires a minimum order of 20 units in total.
